I think it is Come On Baby by DRUM HEADZ but that will need confirmation

At 21:13, you can see the DJ take the green sleeve out of the box and place it on the record that he has just finished playing. I think the text on the green sleeve is "S-Factor - Soundbytes". According to Discogs, there is only 1 release of that track and none of the mixes match the track you are looking for :'(

I would love to know the 2 tracks playing before the one you are trying to ID, they are crackers! phones:

It sounds like a chopped up remix of a track, the vocal, muted organ riff and the drum beat, had it on an old cd from 97(ish), I'll try to remember what it was called.
