Piano house tune from around 92-3?

I've already posted this clip on the Hardcore forum, but no one into hardcore breakbeat seems to know what it is, so since this tune has a "housey" feel perhaps someone here can help? Does anyone here consider this to be "house"?

Likewise mate. I found it by complete chance when i was checking out some 2nd-hand vinyls a few years back. Made my day so it did. The tune is actually a bit faster than this clip, but personally i prefer it slowed down. Anyway enjoy, nothing better than finding out the name of your most wanted :thumbsup:
