That vocal is from 'RAF - Take Me Higher' and there's a '96 release you might want to check out...

Tune's definitely different...am sure that vocal is RAF though...that's why I was thinking that '96 release would be worth checking out...it's showing as in my collection on Discogs so will dig it out tomorrow:thumbsup:
