Possibly a dutch hardcore track from about '95 with a spoken or should I say shouted repeated vocal sample that sounded like 'Everybody better get down motherf$%&£r!!!'

It was very popular with DJs like Scott Brown and Stu Allan.

Does anyone know the artist and title?
