Don't have a soundclip for this but if you know it you'll recognize the description.
Used to hear this track in a club, would have been 1996, maybe late 95 at a stretch.
It's basically a rip-off of Happy Clappers (I Believe), following a very similar track structure and using similar instrumentation (same piano and synth, but different melody).
The female vocal sample sings "Put your hands up in the air".
I'm not sure if it is a CJ Scott (Happy Clappers) production, have searched exhaustively online for any clues, but keep coming up empty handed, but it does sound exactly like him.
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction :)
