Need ID tracks Tribal Tech-house mix FG Radio-Feb99

Need help to ID some tracks in this tribal underground acid tech-house mix that I recorded off FG Radio (station)
in late February 1999.

First track contains vocal samples of Murray Lochlan Young's poetry readings "Simply everyone's takin cocaine"

Any help on who the DJ might have been would be appreciated.

Now, I just need to figure out the very first track from 0:00-2:00!
