don't think so, there are 3 versions of that Tammy Payne track on YT and none sound like your clip.

Seems to be on a few threads here and on Og's....Sounds for the world like India on vox doesn't it (give 'when you touch me', 'to be in love' etc a listen, see what i mean?!)
Her backcat doesn't seem to match up tho?....
