1990 Belgian or UK style techno track

Looking for this track from 1990 - from an Amnesia/Ibiza mix from testpressing.org (#063).

The bassline sounds like Humanoid/Stakker, the keyboard sound was sampled by Praga Khan on Rave Alarm (if this is not itself a track by Praga Khan using the same sound there)... sounds like a classic one but I can't happen to find it...
