Help mi plz 'mon-unknown 90s dancehall/reggae

Need name of this unknown mid-90s (or earlier) dancehall / reggae song with patois lyrics that I recorded off radio in Amsterdam back in early February 1995. At end DJ makes announcement at 2:11-2;12 ...sounds to me like DJs says
"Max Pre Voodoo,Tekin Mi On" but I have found no such artist or title that exists, so maybe I misunderstood DJ...:confused::confused::confused:

Fehrplay – Monte [Preview]?
I speak several languages. I heard "Monte Preview Two" in French (Monte Prevue Deux).

I replayed this several times. I don't know what language it is. It sounds like a mix of French/Portuguese/English. "Aveca mia bom", patois for "with my beau"?
