No one? Can't be that hard for you lot!
It sounds like an early Human Resource track but still haven't found it.

I'm pretty sure it's a Scottish track by Scott Brown (or one of his a.k.a.'s), likely to be on his Evolution label - I've owned most of them & it sounds typical of a lot of the b-side tracks.

Well I sat painfully through a LOT of happy hardcore, plus some really good early stuff (which is now on a cd... Thanks Realplayer, lol) but no ID on this one yet. I tried his discography and it seems he only did a few tracks himself around 94' so maybe it's a rehash from someone else.

If it's any help, Scott Brown did loads under different names, I still suspect it's one of his labels (probably Evolution? Twisted vinyl only arrived late 94).
