I think I should know this one....just can't place it...
It's an oldie from early 90's...
Vocals start after intro :-
"Everybody-reach, reach to the top..don't stop-don't stop.."
Then drops into a bassy sample....and female vocals "Gotta keep on pumpin' it up cause I love it"
For some reason BASSHEADS rings a bell but I think that's just because it was around the same time....
thanks
Bob

It is likely to be
Freestyle Orchestra - Keep on pumpin it up. That is certainly where the vocal came from even if it is not the right track id

Starts off with this cool stringy synth chord shit and sings..
"Everybory reach, reach to the top
Everybody reach up, don't stop don't stop" etc.
Then goes into the vocal from FPI project "Everybody all over the world:
The a woman starts singing "Juuuuuuuuust for. Juuuuuuuust for... yooooooooooooooooou!"
Then goes into the "Gotta keep on pumpin it up" bit
If it is then it's defo Push Button Technology - Just for you (but stay well away from the version on one of them knights bootleg things)

MISTER B...
Early Funky/house with the sample, 'Reach to the top', also has an instrumental chorus which sounds like 'Dan Hartmans - Relight my Fire' without the vocals!!

I've ripped Mister B, that's definitely got something to do with this, the main has similarities to Relight My Fire in places, but the flip actually goes into that completely in the middle, proper cheese stylee too. PM me for the details if you want to snag the MP3.
