Chicago classic?

This came out of a mix called 'Chicago classics' that I don't know how I ended up with.

It sounds so familiar to me, so familiar that I almost think I've got it, or had it. But it would have been a long time ago so 'having it' could mean on a tape.

I'm betting someone will get this easily as it's very distinctively made up of computer game noises. I'm guessing its 1990s.
