where come from this whistle sample ?

I'm looking for an oldskool record between 1988 / 1991 with this sound, or this kind of sample for scratching it.

Please help me to find a record where there is this whistle sound.

Just for information, I've found (only) this afternoon the answer to this question in listenning a record from my collection...

This whistle sample come from (probably) a WESTBAM vinyl, "monkey say, monkey do":
