1987 or 88 tune from a mix (young love whats on your mind)

I have this in a mix from around 198/1988, the mix was dated 02-07-1988 and I think from Jeff Young Radio One show (or perhaps a local radio station).
Anyway the song goes "Young love, whats on your mind", I've done the usual searching for lyrics to no avail, and no other clue to what the tune is. Been bugging me for a long time!!
