Arabian melody track from 1990/91

[Earwall]

This one's been a long standing mystery... an unnamed tape played in Goa with arabian/egyptian sounds. (You can find the full track as 'unknown goa track 1991' on utube.)

I'd classify it as synthpop/ebm/early techno, but it's a weird one... hear for yourselves. If anyone can help my mind would be blown!

It reminds me of 2 things but it aint those!

bassline seems to be lifted from Paul Rutherford - Get Real [ http://www.discogs.com/Paul-Rutherford-Get-Real-Sinister/release/71366 ]

that Arabian theme was also used for Psycho Team ‎- Bolero [ http://www.discogs.com/Psycho-Team-Bolero/master/116178 ]

The tune itself is most likely Italian/Spanish or Belgium/German, hard to nail it as it uses distinctive sounds from all 4 countries, Id place my bet on Belgium and then towards the Target label.. worth to check that out ;)
