93: "London music" (jamaica-like "maaassick") breakbeat/hardcore

Hi,

i remember a breakbeat/hardcore tune from around 93.

There was a male voice saying "london music".

The "music" was spoken like in jamaica (?)... it sounded more like "maaaasssick".

Any ideas?
