I used to own the first one on a white label promo but can't remember what it is !!!
I am sure it's on Limbo records or 23rd Precinct

My version didn't have the female vocal over it, or maybe i just didn't ever play that mix, the background track is VERY familiar though, i'm sure it's a huge tune so somebody should get it pretty quickly ;)

i've the second records on UMM label (the color was yellow), and i remembar it was Visnadi, but i dont' remembar the title.

To me too, it's sound like Visnadi: should be Joint on UMM 020? I have it but it's under a bunch of stuff :S:S:S
