Another Track Needing An ID

Here's two of several track from a cd I received recently. The problem is that the tracks have no names. The cd in question has a total of 11 tracks on it. I am hoping that someone will recognize the tracks and the cd that they are on so I can get the names.

Track 1's probably a Victor Simonelli tune, have a trawl thru his Discogs releases/Youtube vids if no-one names it. He's used that drum pattern to death....
