House track from 1990 radio show

Hi all,

I recorded this off the radio in 1990. I don't know if it falls under house, new beat, techno or what genre. Maybe in the same vein as 808 State Pacific, synth washes and acoustic percussion.

One of the DJs is scratching over most of the track, I believe it's "Rockit". This is from the Massive Throbbing Beat show with the Artillerymen, 89.7 WITR Rochester NY.

Can you help identify the house track?
