Mike Cullen aka Judge Dred plays this on Dred 21 (2nd track)

If you can find him on Facebook he may be able to ID this tune for you mate ;)

Dred was a local DJ and a legend for his hardcore/techno sets around East Anglia in the early 1990's (hailing from Lowestoft)
He was the East coast equivalent of Easygroove at the time and well respected!
