Star Trek tune

Hi,

I'm searching for this tuneID for years now :(

Track includes two quotes/samples from Star Trek:
- "I believe the emotion chip has overloaded my positronic relay"
- "...consider the future. The 24th century."

I assume it's a bootleg from 1997. A sample from an old mixtape attached.

Previous in the mix the DJ played "Mental Blox - this is the bass"

I really hope someone can help.
