Arite guys,
This might be a long shot so im trying to get a sound clip of it. But until then i thought id give it a go.

Its on a 91 sasha tape not sure of name cos its my mates but i'll find out.

Its a slow breakbeat tune then it says LETS ROCK in a robot style voice. then the tune comes in, once the tunes in and the beat are in together for a while, the vocals come in (note: vocals arnt really sung there more like shes just talkin)
The vocals are 'whatever you want, whatever you need' repeated But it could actually be 'the lover you want, the lover you need' either way its one of those!

Mr Liquid E, I've got that tape - a bloody classic if there ever was one! The tune you're after is React to Rhythm - Whatever You Dream. And if you can tell me what the tune is that he starts his set with, then you'd help me out!

here are the first four tunes of the "sasha G-spot tape", hope this helps:

1. Kathy Sledge - Take me back to love
2. Inner City - Halleluljah
3. React To Rhythm - Whatever You Dream of
4. Degrees Of Motion - Do You Want It Right Now

quality tape this one, but my favourite on it has to be this little gem:

Sounds Of Blackness - Pressure (sasha's last tune before the next Dj starts)

"Release the pressure, the pressure of the world"
......."my back is against the wall......etc, etc"

Danny_R....the first tune as far as i know is NOT Kathy Sledge...I have that tune (and the mix that Bradyman's site says it is) and it aint that! Seems to me that the tune we speak of is one of those godamn obscure Sasha 'uns.....

If anyone wants a copy of the tape...I'm on Soulseek and WINMX altho you'll have to wait a couple of weeks cos I'm out of the country.

Cheers.

For the record my favourite tunes on tape are Funk Machine (close the door) and the first one he plays (which I dont think we know, right?!)
