'it's so lovely when it's sunny' house track ID

Hi guys, I would be grateful if you could help me out and ID a house track. I heard this in a bar that plays house music last night, there was a woman singing the words 'it's so lovely when it's sunny' which was then followed by a house beat, possibly a tech house sort of sound. I'm confident this track bares no relation to the milk & sugar let the sunshine track.
