1997 Unknown Vocal Tune - "I Just Can't Stop....."

This is an unknown trance tune from Gatecrasher times played out by Scott Bond. Initially I had this unknown down as "Quadran ft. Tasha - The Love I Lost" however after listening, pretty certain that it's not. The unknown is track 2 of this mix and the youtube link, lyrics and link to the entire mix can be found below. If anyone can let me know what it is, I'd be very grateful. Also wouldn't mind knowing which mix of Slacker - Your Face is played on this set. Thanks for listening:
