Two Prog House tunes from 1993 - Any help?

These two are from a 1993 mixtape by Jacko (Circus Circus Belfast) and I just can't find out what they are. Tape was made in October of that year and had lots of nice stuff from that year - Lionrock, One Dove, Xpress II, Dreamhouse, Stereogen, Obiman - that sort of thing.

So here they are - they actually run back to back on the tape.
