Not 100% but it sounds very much like one of the "breaks, beats and scratches" series...starts with one and works his way through a few scratch samples in real time as its playing...maybe from something like this.. fx & scratches vol. 8 - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEKnDVgzSC0&feature=related)

I actually think It's on vinyl like that though, not him doing it there & then as he uses it in a set in 1994, exactly the same.

Yeah after another listen youre right it is deffo a recorded piece pasted/edited together by the sounds of it, but cant tell you what its from though sorry...:(
