Hello there. I listened to it on a Carl Cox set on tape from The Edge/Eclipse 1992 its at the end of the set i think but the tape fades out so could of been more tracks played. It has some french sounding female vocals and I know she says 'hardcore' a couple of times and some other french dribble! It has rolling amen beats and some dark synths too (i think bad memory) Sorry I havent got much more info, i have unfortunatley lost the tape. The set included doc scott nhs disco remix, johnny L hurt you so, equlibrium (cant remimber track name) , prodigy everybody in the place (the album mix) and some usual Carl Cox techno in there 'jump jump a little higher' and other bouncy techno. I have even contacted Carl Cox himself through facebook (prob not him though) to try and get a artitst and track name. Hope you can help.
