No, I don't reckon it's an ugly bug. It's got tribal uk written all over it. It sounds familiar, and I think it was played on an essential mix 94/95. You can get them all on sound cloud and I think it's on the mix by xpress2 or luvdup, maybe Danny tenaglia. I might be giving you a bum steer but it does ring a bell. Good luck!
