I'm sure a few of you already know what it is before you even hit play but was hoping someone might shed light. It may be pitched up ad older than 1993 but i'm unsure. THe vocal loop is from a musical called 'Hair' and says 'Where Do I Go? Follow The Children?'.

Any help would be great.
