sounds like "crazy" off here to me:

Can't hear dilemma track - just crazy then mixed into nitrous - identify at the end.

Trying to pin down a date for this one as Mad P identifies this is a New Age event right at the beginning. The tunes being played date the mix to the Sep/Nov 1991 period based on when Top Buzz and other DJ's first started playing them.

This means there are 3 New Age events that it could be:

New Age Hite - Nite IV 13/09/1991 http://www.phatmedia.co.uk/flyers/event/new-age-back-again

New Age 11/10/1991 http://www.phatmedia.co.uk/flyers/event/new-age-insanity-addicts

New Age 23/11/1991 http://www.phatmedia.co.uk/flyers/event/new-age-flyer1

As Top Buzz 7 is from 08/11/1991 Bangin Tunes i think I'm going to rule out the 23/11/1991 event (unless they released the tapes out of date order which i suppose is possible).

I think i can also rule out the 11/10/1991 as well as Top Buzz also played that night at The Eclipse 'Highlander 1' @ Edinburgh Exhibition Trade Centre, Edinburgh. Would have been a hell of a drive but the main thing is that the sets are really different (only 8 tunes appear on both mixes).

Therefore im left with 13/09/1991 as the most likely option. In addition, 14 of the tunes from Top Buzz 5 get played by them at Utopia @ Skew Bridge Country Club, Rushden on 21/09/1991.

Has anyone got any more info or input that would help?

I reckon early October, like the JJ Frost Telepathy set 8-10-91 or the weekend before

Tunes like Murderous Style, 28 Gun Bad Boy, Exterminate seem like early October tunes like in the other set I mentioned

Im assuming the 3 dates above were the only New Age Eclipse events around that time. There could be more?

I think the key to dating this is working out whether Top Buzz would have had a testpress/dubplate of 28 Gun Bad Boy on 13/09/1991 or is it more likely they had it late September / early October 1991.

The earliest dated play of 28 Gun Bad Boy ive been able to find is Stu Allan on his 29/09/1991 Key 103 show. He also plays Exterminate so both tunes definitely around in September 1991. JJ Frost then play it at Telepathy on 08/10/1991 but most other DJ's it appears on their sets from Nov/Dec 1991.

It may not be New Age 23/11/1991 SAT as Mad P says see you tomorrow which to me would indicate a friday
