really funky house tune this 1, male singer vocals 'in and out and all around, move your body to the sound' this line reapeted afew times and then the vocals are just ''move your body', this tune is more mellow than upliftin, with a mellow piano behind the lyrics.

yeah i think that could be it, ive just listened to korda 'movin power' and it sounds like the same voice, does the korda 'move your body' have those exact lyrics, cos if it does i'm about 80% sure that must be it.
