Trying to remember a big 1993 tune that has "original original" male vocal then breaks down into a bizzy b/tango & fallout/dj fokus style riff?

Goldseal Tribe: Can't Stop Me (?). It has the "original original" samples (don't know if they're male or female??). But I don't really see any natural comparison to Tango/Bizzy B or suchlike's riffs/styles?
