HMS - Club Kinetic Best of British 1996

This tape has a tune at the end of side 1 and the start of side 2.
It samples a large portion of the film "Hellraiser" which then drops into a melody following the words "...We'll Tear Your Soul Apart!"
If ANYONE can help me I.D this tune and it's producer, I would be eternally grateful and endebted to you.
please take the time to think back carefully, and if any of you have the tape, I would be happy enough with a copy of it at least as i lost my copy long ago, hence the problem.
