Unknown 1996-1997 Melodic/Prog House Tune ID??

Can someone please help me identify what this slow, melodic and uplifting trance tune is from 1996-1997. Had some responses telling me that it's a remix of DJ Quicksilver but not too sure what tune they are referring to. Been trying to get this identified for a while.

This unknown tune is taken from a Scott Bond mixtape from back in the day. Here is the complete mix to get more of a flavour of the type of tunes played. The unknown tune is track 3 and mixes into Tarrantella - Deep Down (Dream Dub Mix) . Any assistance will be very much appreciated :)
