Sorry, Trying to put this into a genre here :).
I think it had a kind of dutch sound to it like a lot of the good club tracks about 97-98. It was out around the time the likes of Klubbheads, Greenfield etc.
the lyrics:
"Its not simply a question of getting hot, but a matter of how much heat you can take......take,take,take,take........"

I know you say 97-98.but this has the same sample in it from 2000 though,
