Two IDs: Early 87 House Classics (lyrics)

Hello,
I remember two house classics from early 1987 (in that period the radio used to play T-Cut F, Lenny D and Tommy Musto, Wired...).

So here are the descriptions:

1) The 1st tune repeated the word "bauhaus", and maybe this could be part of the name of the performer
2) The 2nd tune had this refrain "this house, this is house, this is house, this is house ..."

I know that the description is too generic :$, but maybe someone could give good suggestions.

Hi Bunkerheadz,
thanks for your suggestions but unfortunately the titles are not the ones i'm looking for.

The tunes ID I'm looking for are from a previous period than cappella (which seems based on pump up the volume rhythm) and mr. lee specific tune.

Could anybody suggest me a megamix or radio show to get from that period, which includes chicago house classic tunes like house nation, bamboo, house reaction, jack the groove, love can't turn around ?
