Kwanzaa Posse is a good lead. But the track is slightly different from the Kwanzaa Posse mixes that you identified. It sounds like a more recent remix - but any ideas by whom?

DJ Mark Walton just mixed the two tracks original and remix. Mashup, why not? I wonder if you can find the exact remix, but I of course rejoice :)
