3 am - The Ultimate or Capella ??

I've just found this tune in a collection, it is a white label with 3am : The Ultimate : Mixes written on it and DY0015 as the catalogue number.

It samples Capella - U Gotta Know and also the piano from Interceptor 17 I think. Sample attached. Has anyone come across this before ?

Cheers, its only got 1 track per side, presumably its the 4 am remix on the other side, I will add it as a new release to discogs.
