Awsome Track from 94-97 plx help me

Hayah when first listen to this track it was in 97 , all i can remember it's some speech at the start and several gunshots after some bassline mc was sayin' something like this : "another motherfucker....track.....you need to get a grip (or gootta get a grip)it's a bullshit it's a stick up ,,,," .that's all i remembered I'm lookin for this like 10 years or something sorry for poor description and no sample but i was a kid, also sorry for bad english .

Hmm, don't know about the gunshots,*but the MC is MC Det .. and the lyrics appear on these two tracks:

Many Thanks Vitus The Mack version is the closest one of what i'v heard, and at list i have an idea what to look for title & Mc wise. Rganks a lot
