I Work Bloody Hard

There is a tune I remember from 92/3ish which had a bizarre sample of what sounded like an Indian OAP saying "I work bloody hard" over and over.

Any ideas what the tune is?

Yeah mate, cheers. Still reckon he says "I work bloody hard" though.
