Oldshool Trance-ish tune with glitchy sweet sounding vocals

This one HAS to be an easy one, just because I hear it on a lot of mixes. I, however, have had zero luck with finding the title.:'( Please help!!

i dot't have the ID for this one, but it really sounds like Orbital or some of their re/mixes from '97-'99, around that period...some UK sound.
