After a tune with the following female vocal lyric:

"You got me floating in the air now....Exstacy...OOhhhhh"

Ratpack used to mix it into Manix - Oblivion (Head in the clouds mix), and Evenson would rap "Long time ago me was a raggamuffin..."

I would guess 1991/1992
