I vaguely remember a House tune that had this lyric. If I recall correctly it had very minimal lyrics and also had the guy(or woman) saying "love is the answer".
It kinda went something like:
Why cant we see, we've got to come together
Why cant we see, love is the answer
Have searched Discogs etc but to no avail sorry.

might not be the tune your after - those voclas have been sampled to death - but it a start... if it isnt I'm sure a few more suggestions will be put out there...
