91/92 dj Sy ID 'you've got to feel it'

Hi, anyone recognise an old Sy tune.. it wasn't breakbeat but instead was a bouncy European-style tune, with a woman saying 'stand up, (something something), you've got to feel it'

It sounds like the type of tune you'd find on one of the very early Reactivate LPs, if that helps.. very catchy.

2 Unlimited - Tribal Dance has "you've got to move it, feel the temperature" which is pretty close :)
in my head since i listened to it on the way to work this morning..
