Organik Leeds Early 92

Hi folks,I have a tape here Evil Eddie Richards/Tony Walker from Leeds early 92.
Struggling to upload anything because I can only play it in the car being cassette.

Anyway one track of a few I would like id'ing uses the 'stop the time' sample which is used in this track @ the start-

Was a big track of the time,can anyone help me out with it?
I guess it'll be late 91 early 92.

Thanks for that info,this track has certainly been sampled plenty.
I recognize a few on there.

The track i'm after is a breakbeat hardcore track from late 91 i'd guess which uses the same sample,womans voice stop the time like this -
