2 unknown techno/house ids from 1991's laurent garnier mixes

For the first one, at the beginning of the track (not present on this sample), a man says "disappear tonight" then a women says "a lot of people must understand me" ; maybe it can remind someone of a track ?

The second track reminds me maybe an italian techno production like mr klaus 'the dreammer' on 'technology' label.

Any idea ?
