From a coldcut/solid steel mix recorded from Kiss fm London,
Roughly 95/96/97,
I dont know if the track is 2 tunes mixed or is just long,
Thats why i have included 2 seperate files in case its 2 tunes.
First track has Carl Sandburg reading his poem Prayers Of Steel (see below) over the top-Not sure if this is actually inthe track or mixed over the top
Lay me on an anvil, O God.
Beat me and hammer me into a crowbar.
Let me pry loose old walls.
Let me lift and loosen old foundations.
Lay me on an anvil, O God.
Beat me and hammer me into a steel spike.
Drive me into the girders that hold a skyscraper together.
Take red-hot rivets and fasten me into the central girders.
Let me be the great nail holding a skyscraper through blue nights into white stars
I really would appreciate any info/discogs link etc,
Many,Many thanks in advance.
