Tune on a Sterns tape...

Another long shot, but worth a try.

I had a Sterns tape, which was a copy - I'm pretty sure one side at least was Krome and Time, at the beginning of the tape there's a tune which has a sample (sounds like "ruffness" or "ruffneck" repeated over it). On the tape itself, the mc asks for the music to be stopped "because someones just collapsed on the underground"

Don't know if that rings any bells!?
