Advice needed for Technics 1210 problem

the four gold points at the end of the arm on my technics have coroded, not totally, but enough to cause constant dropouts of the audio.

i am looking to buy a replacement arm on ebay. do i need to buy just the arm, or the arm with the round casing it is set on?
