Early 95 happy h'core sampling 99 red balloons

Does anyone know such a tune? I have it on an old tape (unable to upload a clip at present), it started off with the strings sampled from the 99 Red Ballons tune, before a rolling piano - this is not the slightly cheesier JJ99 tune from around 1996 by the way..

Fair dues mate, had a look about for a 99 balloon sample without the lyrics but no success.


Only other suggestion I can give you is that Fabulous Faber's 'Better Day' is very similar in sound in its chorus, but it has its own lyrics. It doesn't start out like you mention, but you might still like these tunes -
